The core working principle of the equipment is based on the synergistic effect of the thermal and non-thermal effects of microwaves. Using industrial standard frequencies (mainly 2450MHz±50MHz), high-frequency microwaves generated by magnetrons penetrate the material, causing internal polar molecules (such as water molecules) to vibrate and friction at a frequency of tens of billions of times per second, instantly generating heat to achieve \"inside-out\" volumetric heating without the need for heat conduction. Compared with traditional segmented processes, the equipment has multiple technical advantages. First, it is highly efficient and energy-saving, with energy consumption reduced by 30%-60% compared to hot air and steam processes. Drying 10mm thick Chinese herbal medicine extracts only takes 3-4 hours, far exceeding the efficiency of traditional processes (8-12 hours), and microwave leakage is ≤5MW/c㎡, meeting national safety standards. Second, it ensures controllable quality. Through rotating trays, multi-feed waveguide design, and PLC intelligent control system, the temperature uniformity standard deviation is ≤0.8℃, avoiding local overheating, with heat-sensitive component retention rate over 95%, thus maximizing the preservation of food flavor, pharmaceutical active ingredients, and original material color. Third, it optimizes the process. No additional sterilization equipment is needed, as dehydration and inactivation are completed simultaneously in the same system, reducing material transfer links, lowering the risk of secondary contamination, and significantly shortening production cycles.
The equipment is adaptable to multiple industry scenarios with extremely broad application scenarios. In the food industry, processing fruit and vegetable chips, tea, and cured meat products can be completed in 30-120 minutes, doubling the efficiency of traditional processes while retaining the original taste and nutrition of ingredients. In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for drying and sterilizing Chinese herbal medicine extracts and antibiotic raw materials, with nitrogen protection function to prevent component oxidation, meeting pharmacopoeia microbial limits. In the chemical industry, it can avoid particle agglomeration when processing nanomaterials and ceramic raw materials, optimizing material dispersibility. The equipment models include box-type and tunnel-type, with output power options from 9-50KW and drying capacity from 15-200Kg/h, which can be flexibly customized according to production scale.
