In the field of e-cigarettes driven by ultrasonic nebulization technology, piezoelectric ceramic sheets are hidden core critical components inside the device. Though seemingly small, they directly determine the nebulization effect, user experience, and product competitiveness of ultrasonic e-cigarettes. They are an indispensable 'power core' of the entire ultrasonic nebulization system, with importance far exceeding that of ordinary auxiliary parts.
Piezoelectric ceramic sheets are the core carrier for achieving ultrasonic nebulization. The core principle of ultrasonic e-cigarettes is to convert smoke oil into fine smoke through high-frequency ultrasonic waves, and this energy conversion process entirely relies on the 'piezoelectric effect' of piezoelectric ceramics.
