The core of making glass glue dry quickly is to optimize "temperature and humidity, ventilation, glue layer state", and at the same time match the type of glue (acidic/neutral). The following is a safe and efficient method, taking into account both speed and bonding sealing: 1. Core acceleration method (directly shortening the curing time) Control the ambient temperature and humidity (the most critical) Temperature: adjust to 25℃-30℃ (optimal curing temperature). You can turn on the air conditioner and electric heater (at a distance of ≥50cm from the fish tank to avoid local overheating). Avoid temperatures below 15℃ or above 40℃.  Humidity: Maintain 50%-70%. A humidifier can be used in a dry environment (humidity <40%). A dehumidifier can be used in a humid environment (humidity >85%) to avoid water droplets forming on the surface of the adhesive layer.  Enhance ventilation to accelerate gas discharge. Open doors and windows to create air convection, or use a small fan to blow the glue layer at low speed (distance ≥30cm to avoid blowing the uncured colloid).  Acidic glue requires careful ventilation to accelerate the discharge of acetic acid gas, which not only shortens the curing time but also reduces odor residue.  Optimize the state of the glue layer (reduce the obstruction of moisture penetration). The thickness of the glue layer is controlled at 1-2mm. Excessive thickness will lead to insufficient internal moisture. Glue can be applied through a narrow glue nozzle (cut diameter 1-1.5mm) to avoid accumulation.  Immediately after applying the glue, use a scraper to smooth it out to form a uniform semicircular glue surface, which increases the contact area with air and accelerates moisture absorption.  Targeted use of auxiliary tools Small fish tank/local repair: Use a UV lamp (only suitable for UV-type glass glue) to cure instantly; or use a low-temperature hot air gun (set to below 40°C, a distance of 50cm) to blow air evenly to accelerate surface drying.  Mass production scenario: Use a hot air circulation curing oven with the temperature controlled at 40℃-60℃, which can shorten the curing time by more than 50% (the temperature resistance of the silicone glue needs to be matched).  2. Precautions for avoiding pits (to avoid affecting the bonding effect) It is forbidden to bake at high temperatures (such as high-temperature hair dryers, open flames), which will cause rapid skinning on the surface of the adhesive layer, uncured interior, and easy cracking and leakage later.  Do not touch water or move the fish tank before the glue layer is dry, otherwise it will damage the structure of the glue layer and cause curing failure.  The curing speed of neutral glue is inherently slower than that of acidic glue. It is not recommended to forcibly accelerate it (such as excessive heating). The time can be naturally shortened by 10%-20% by optimizing temperature, humidity and ventilation.  3. Reference for acceleration effects in different scenarios (regular 1-2mm glue layer) Normal temperature and ventilation (25°C, 60% humidity): Acid glue fully cures in 24 hours, neutral glue 48 hours.  Optimize temperature and humidity + ventilation: Acid glue fully cures in 12-18 hours, neutral glue 36-42 hours.  Hot air circulation assistance (40℃): Acid glue takes 8-12 hours to fully cure, neutral glue 24-30 hours.
