The core drying time of fish tank glass glue depends on the type of glue, environmental conditions and adhesive layer thickness. Under normal conditions (25°C, 60% humidity, 1-2mm adhesive layer), it takes 24-48 hours for acid glue to completely cure, and 48-72 hours for neutral glue. The specific step-by-step reference is as follows: 1. Step-by-step drying time (normal environment: 25°C, 60% humidity, 1-2mm adhesive layer) Surface drying time (not sticky): Acidic fish tank glue (such as WACKER 121, Changlu gold medal model): 10-30 minutes, no adhesion to the glue layer when touched lightly with fingers.  Neutral fish tank glue (such as JBL Aquasil, ASI 509): 30-60 minutes to form a dry film on the surface.  Initial curing (removable/light stress): Acid glue: 6-12 hours, the hardness of the glue layer increases, and the fish tank can be moved slightly (avoid violent vibrations).  Neutral glue: 12-24 hours, initial bonding strength is achieved. It is not recommended to be exposed to force or water.  Completely cured (can be used by filling with water): Acid glue: 24-48 hours, the inside of the colloid is completely cured, can withstand water pressure, and can be tested by filling with water.  Neutral glue: 48-72 hours, sufficient curing reaction, stable bonding and sealing performance, suitable for long-term soaking in water.  2. Time adjustment for special scenes Impact of adhesive layer thickness: Adhesive layer >2mm (such as structural bonding of large fish tanks): Acid glue takes 48-72 hours, neutral glue takes 72-96 hours.  Glue layer <1mm (small repair): acid glue 12-24 hours, neutral glue 36-48 hours.  Impact of environmental conditions: Low temperature (<15℃)/low humidity (<40%): the time is doubled. For example, acid glue may take more than 72 hours in a 5℃ environment.  High temperature (25-30℃)/high humidity (50-70%): The time is shortened by 20%-30%. For example, at 30℃, acid glue can be fully cured in 18-24 hours.  Fish tank size reference: Small fish tank (≤50cm): water can be filled after 24 hours for acid glue and 48 hours for neutral glue.  Medium and large fish tanks (>50cm): It is recommended to extend the time for 12-24 hours, 48 hours for acid glue and 72 hours for neutral glue before filling with water to avoid leakage caused by water pressure.  3. Key reminder: No matter what kind of glue is used, make sure that the glue layer is non-sticky, odorless, and the surface is smooth and bubble-free before water injection.  If used to raise sensitive fish and shrimp, it is recommended to wait for 24 hours after complete solidification to ensure the safety of water quality.
